Brief instruction: This is a Creation Meditation.
Find the transparent tone, A432Hz, which has a Theta frequency pulse embedded in it as well, at the center of the music. This tone is your central channel. Surrender all attention into this central channel, and let attention fall from the head to the infinitesimal zero-point at the heart. Then Witness the body of light, the Creation Body, your scalar toroidal field, spontaneously arising, as the mind dissolves into the Still Magnetic Light of Knowing at the Center. Let the rest of the tones be a frequency bath, the Radiant regenerating infinite crystalline patterning of Creation. Enjoy !
